Recently completed. Residential Care Centre, Tuam, Galway. The project will consist of the construction of a new 50 Bed Residential Care Centre comprising of a 2 storey courtyard building hosting 2 households of 25 bedrooms, including 10 Dementia dedicated beds and adjoining service and community day-care wings.

Facilities will include a main reception area, day-care and therapy spaces, sitting, activity rooms and dining areas, assisted use en-suites to the bedrooms, family accommodation and associated amenities, offices and administration areas as well as a production kitchen, service areas, delivery and storage areas.
The total floor area for the development is 3,843 m².
